Seminar Overview
Join us this summer for an intensive detection dog seminar with Stu Phillips! Whether you’re involved in sport/nosework or police, law enforcement, and private-sector detection teams, this seminar offers unmatched hands-on training and insight.
Seminar Details:
Duration & Format: The seminar is typically structured as a three-day session for sport and nosework teams, followed by a separate three-day session for operational teams working with explosives, drugs, cadaver detection, and other odours. There is a day break between sessions for rest and preparation.
Teams & Audit Spots: Up to eight working teams are allowed per session, with 20 audit spots for observers, ensuring a manageable, interactive experience.
Venues & Environments: Training takes place in realistic, varied environments- schools, colleges, warehouses, offices, parking areas, prisons, and more - prioritizing realism over polished facilities.
Daily Schedule: Training typically runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though flexibility is encouraged.
